Not only was he kind and welcoming, but also very thorough and patient throughout the experience. Whenever we stepped into a house Jeff went far and beyond by not just pointing out the positives, but also the red flags with the house. There were a few times other realtors were showing the house to their clients while we were there as well, and they would just stand there or only point out the highlights. Jeff was a straight-shooter and a professional in every way during the house viewings. We also had a somewhat specific idea of what we were looking for with a budget that limited our options, and Jeff was very patient and flexible with us every step of the way.
